This charming boutique hotel situated in the Scottish highlands, is part of the MacRobert estate and set amongst 17 acres of immaculately landscaped gardens. It comprises 13 guest suites, an all day dining restaurant, events conservatory, 2 separate tea lounges, a bar and a health club to boot. 

The brief was to create a warm and inviting atmosphere befitting the style and design of a country estate. Minimal use of downlights was employed in favour of more decorative layers of light: Picture lights, lamps and pendants to the main area and cleverly integrated striplighting to the bar joinery. The multi-functional events room was uplit with LED striplight that offered both a warm white and coloured option, which would make a feature of the beams. Discretely located spotlights provided the accent light to the tables below whilst the central chandelier provided a warm glow to the centre
