The brief for this beautifully restored listed country house was to create a warm and inviting ambience whilst still being sympathetic to the style of the building. 

Surface mounted spotlights were positioned, in between the ceiling beams to provide the general light levels to the kitchen. Integrated striplights provide detail lighting within the shelving and pantry cabinet. Their warm reflected light creating a sense of intimacy at night. 

Fibre optic display lights create a pin-point focus to the glassware, contrasting the rich warm lighting within the cabinet. Asymmetric uplights above cabinets cast a diffuse light into the space, to counteract the falling light levels as day turns to night.
